1. About Us
Gadgets Galore ("we", "us", "our") operates gadgetsgalorestore.com. By using this website or placing an order you agree to these terms and conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Products
All products sold on Gadgets Galore are shipped via CJ Dropshipping, our order fulfillment partner. Product images, colors and descriptions are as accurate as reasonably possible, however slight variations may occur due to manufacturing differences and screen color calibration.
3. Ordering
By placing an order you confirm that:
• You are at least 18 years of age
• The information you provide is accurate and complete
• You are authorised to use the payment method provided
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, for example in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud or stock unavailability. You will be notified and refunded in full if this occurs.
4. Pricing
All prices are displayed in US dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes where shown. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price you pay is the price displayed at the time you complete checkout.
5. Payment
Payments are processed securely by PayPal. We accept major credit and debit cards as well as PayPal balance. Your payment information is handled directly by PayPal and is never stored on our servers. By completing a purchase you agree to PayPal's terms of service.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are fulfilled and shipped by CJ Dropshipping's warehouse and logistics partners. Estimated delivery times are:
• Standard: 3–7 business days
• Express: 2–3 business days (where available)
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather or courier issues beyond our control. Free standard shipping is available on orders over $50.
7. Returns & Refunds
If you change your mind, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided they are unused, in their original packaging and in the same condition in which they were received. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
If your item arrives damaged, defective or significantly different from what was ordered, please contact us at hello@gadgetsgalorestore.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics and design — is the property of Gadgets Galore or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without our express written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gadgets Galore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the order in dispute.
